Gus’s Southern Smoke was inspired by me and my stepsons love of BBQ. We are located in South St. Louis and have competed and will continue to compete in local BBQ competitions. We are available for weekend catering for your BBQ needs. Whether your having a small birthday party or just a family get together, leave the cooking/smoking to us.

MOJO MUSTARD: Whole grain mustard, dash of mayo, fresh orange & lime juice, minced garlic, oregano, & cumin 🤤

PORK BUTT: Marinated for 12 hours in a Cuban spice mix with loads of fresh citrus. Slow smoked & braised over pecan & apple wood for more than 9 hours. A labor of love by Gus’s Southern Smoke ❤️

HAM: Local jamón sliced fresh from our favorites LeGrand's Market & Catering

SWISS & MOZZARELLA: Can’t call it a Cubano without Swiss and Mozzarella is a must for any JJ Twig’s pizza.

PICKLES: The perfect punch to make this Cubano Pizza complete 👊
