Well... I blinked, and somehow almost a year passed without a post over here. 🤍
Since then, our family has gotten a little sweeter with the arrival of our baby girl in March, and these days my hands (and heart) are completely full of snuggles, late-night feedings, and soaking up this season of motherhood.
Because of that, AO Weddings + Events is going to be taking a little pause.
This isn’t a goodbye—just a “see ya later.”
What started as a fun little side gig turned into something I truly cherished. I’ve had the honor of celebrating alongside so many incredible couples, fluffing dresses, calming nerves, fixing boutonnieres, cueing grand entrances, and witnessing some of the sweetest moments life has to offer. It has been such a joy.
To every bride, groom, family member, vendor friend, and client who trusted me to be a small part of your big day: thank you. Thank you for your support, referrals, kind words, and for allowing AO Weddings + Events to become more than I ever imagined.
For now, you’ll find me in my favorite role yet—Mama. 🩷
I can’t say exactly what the future holds, but I do know weddings will always have a special place in my heart. So this isn’t the end. Just a season of slowing down, soaking in baby snuggles, and embracing life with my little crew.
