We will be popping up again Thursday night at Pop's Blue Moon 7/15 from 6-9 or until it’s gone.
Ryan’s Italian pulled pork is from
whole pork butts, smoked low and slow for 6 hours on pecan and cherry wood and then oven roasted with olive oil, garlic cloves, sliced pepperoncinis and Italian seasoning melange - for even longer, until it slid off the bone!
We’ll be using those delicious seeded hoagies from Vitale's Bakery on The Hill St. Louis and a generous drizzle of R&D’s secret Stallion sauce.
Vegetarian or vegan and gluten-free options are also available.
Caprese salad on a sandwich or on crisp greens with pesto and olive oil.
The best compliments are from the omnivores who tell me it’s the best veggie sandwich they’ve ever had!
Hearty pasta salad is our side this week, so good it could be your entree.
