Good evening everyone I pray everybody had a blessed and amazing day.

This is a result of consistency discipline, focusing on my assignment,Self care.

Eating right exercising doing exactly what my trainer tells me and taking my natural products.

Today at 11:15 AM I went to my doctor for a follow up.
The week before I have done some lab work and blood work.
He gave me a good report card. My thyroid level looked at real good and my A1c level is 5.1 at a normal level.
He said I am no longer in the category as a diabetic .

God is so good I thank him for giving me the mindset
