We're moving!
Most of you know I have worked out of my garage for many years. It was a logistically wonderful workspace in some ways, especially with little babies at home, but it didn't have plumbing and the window unit AC didn't do much once temps got above 85 degrees.
And it was so ugly I can count on one hand the number of times any of my clients saw it!
Thanks to the support of STL Partnership, Lindell Bank, my realtor, my alderman, the Clifton Heights neighborhood association, kind of shockingly the United States government, the Board of Adjustment, my wife, and all of my clients past and present, we bought a building last week in Clifton Heights! We are slowly moving in, figuring out sign permits, picking paint colors, and getting organized for spring wedding season.
We will also be renting the upstairs apartment as a short-term rental! It is actually move-in ready already (though we are planning to do some redecorating) so go ahead and DM me for details if you have family or friends coming into town who need a place to stay.
