The St. Charles Convention Center is pleased to welcome Jennifer (Jen) Colvin as the Human Resources Manager, effective July 2026.

Originally from St. Louis, Jen returns to the area after building a successful career in California, where she held human resources roles with the San Francisco Giants, KFC, Hilton Worldwide, and other organizations. She brings extensive experience across multiple industries to her new role.

As a Human Resources Manager, Jen oversees payroll, employee relations, compliance, and recruitment. She is passionate about fostering a positive workplace and serving as a trusted resource for employees.

“We are excited to welcome Jen to the team,” said Mark Tenholder, General Manager of the St. Charles Convention Center. “I am confident she will strengthen our culture and enhance the exceptional service we provide every day.”

Jen looks forward to building strong relationships with employees and contributing to the continued growth and success of the St. Charles Convention Center. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and swimming.
