The Florida Sports Hall of Fame continued its mission of honoring Florida’s greatest athletes, coaches, and sports leaders by hosting its 9th Annual Celebrity Golf Classic on August 14–15 at the PGA Golf Club in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The event was directed by Rick Hatcher, past Chairman of the Florida Sports Hall of Fame and CEO of Play Treasure Coast Sports, who also served as the Tournament Chairman. Under Hatcher’s leadership, the Celebrity Golf Classic delivered a first‑class experience for Hall of Famers, celebrities, sponsors, and supporters, strengthening the Hall’s statewide impact and its commitment to community engagement, youth programs, and sports excellence.
