I’m working my way back into the Spur 3rd Saturday Trade Day schedule this year and much appreciate everyone who came by to sample the food.
If you missed the Sausage and Cheese Grits casserole or the Vegetable Soup and Pesto Grilled Cheese sandwiches, you missed a tasty free treat.
I’ll be back in February with something new to try, plan to come out and see what I come up with next!

I'm happy to announce the new name and re-branding of the Beach Music Cafe page.
Follow me as I build a new venture in a new place that's very different than any I've ever lived before.
No sandy beaches, no cool and relaxing coastal vibe, but the same great food I've always provided! You might have to travel a far ways to reach me in Spur, TX, but I promise the journey will be worth it! 🤠

I’m thrilled for the opportunity to offer on site catering for this HUGE auction - and it IS huge! The room is filled! Cold outside, but warm within - and we’re going to do our part to help keep you warm and toasty!
Hot coffee, muffins and warm cider will greet you first thing in the morning. And canned drinks for those who aren’t cold enough! 😁
There will be snacks and sweets along with a box lunch featuring my well known and much loved chicken salad or pimento cheese sandwich with a side of marinated carrots, potato salad or chips and a slice of cake or brownie!
Individual brownies and cake slices will also be available.
What’s better on a cold day than a plate of Nachos & Cheese?! Jalapeños and Chili are available to add on, and Chili by the cup will be available, too!
AND ... it IS New Year’s, so don’t worry about missing your peas and greens - we got ya covered with fresh cooked Collards, Black Eye Peas with Smoked Sausage and Cornbread!
Now you’ve got no reason not to come out!
Great food and great finds - they just go together!
