To our Springville Floral Community,
As everyone is aware the COVID-19 Virus is creating many challenges for small businesses. We love our community and want you to know that we are still here to support you in this difficult time. We realize that life events still are happening and that in many cases sending something to someone is the best way to let them know you care without spreading this virus.
We are open for business including delivery and pickup, and plan to be as long as it is safe to do so. We are implementing the following to prevent the spread of this to you, your loved ones, and our staff:
• We will be here Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm and Saturday from 9am – 12pm.
• We encourage you to go online to www.springvilleutahflowers.com or call us at 801-489-5647 and we will help you with your perfect arrangement, balloon bouquet or other gift to be picked up or delivered.
• We will be instituting a “no contact” delivery for your loved one. This means we will be calling and arranging a delivery time for your arrangement to be left on the doorstep.
• If you need Funeral or Wedding consultations, we will accommodate you in the safest way possible. We will continue to answer our phone until 6pm Monday – Friday. If an appointment is needed, we encourage you to come in the smallest group possible.
• Our employees are practicing regular hand washing, using hand sanitizer and if they show any signs of illness, we have instructed them not to come to work.
In these difficult times we encourage you to join us in using sound judgement while following the advice of our Federal, State, and Local Leaders. We are grateful to be part of such a great community and we know that these temporary measures will help slow the spread of the virus and save many of our valuable customers lives. Thank you for your business and understanding during this time and hopefully we are able to return to normal business hours soon.
