We offer our bbq sauces and rubs on our website and local retail locations. After we won awards for our Pulled Pork we began our catering adventure. We offer Full Service on-site Catering, drop off and pick up for all party styles. We can bring our BBQ Food Trailer on-site for catering as well. Our mobile BBQ smoker is also available for on-site catering.

Happy New Year! Our BBQ business started in 2013, 13 years ago what started as a passion for smoking meat at family parties became a catering business. We had no idea how far we could take this business. Nicole and I ran everything by ourselves but grew the business tremendously from having one small smoker that I bought at Lowe’s to having (3) huge smokers and a food truck, our own bbq sauce and rub line and a customer base year over year. I mean we were catering 15 weddings a year plus food truck events and other catering jobs. Our summers were crazy busy. Looking back at what we accomplished was truly amazing! It had its awesome moments and definitely came with big challenges and not so great moments either. I’ll tell you we wouldn’t change a damn thing. Jake And The Fatman will always be apart of us, but unfortunately good things come to an end. We are moving on to our next chapter in life and closing our business permanently. We want to thank everyone over the years that supported our small business. We truly appreciate everyone that believed in our company, believed in our quality of bbq, it means the world to us.
