Straight Mountain Foods, a popular Central Alabama-based food truck and catering business, is opening a new brick and mortar restaurant space in Trussville. 😋

The new restaurant, Redemption, will offer a meat-and-three experience during lunch with an expanded dinner menu. The owner says he expects to open the new restaurant this Summer.

“We want to bring the best food around to everybody,” C**t Reese, owner of Straight Mountain Foods and Redemption said.
