Have a large group to feed? I’m your girl for a custom pickup order! 💛 My client took a whole mess of food to the lake for the weekend for her daughter’s 30th birthday gathering of 20+ friends and family! Dinner, breakfasts, salad, sides and desserts are all taken care of!

Another “What sounds yummy right now?” brainchild from last week’s menu! • BBQ glazed Pork Tenderloin with roasted Asparagus and Roasted Corn and Peach Salsa! 🍑🌽🍖

This dish from this week’s delivery was truly a product of me being starving and mentally putting something together that I was craving at the time. I was like “Ooooh some ranchy chicken sounds good… oh yes some summer sausage with it…. gotta have baby yellow potatoes!! Omg roasted tomatoes and zucchini yumm…. sweet roasted yellow peppers and purple onion sounds divine… but so does roasted broccoli and carrots!” So there you go. Threw it on the menu, threw it all together on a pan, and voila! A summery masterpiece, if I may say so!! 😋😋😋

I was honestly a little worried that my clients would open their meals and go “Blehh!” The colors weren’t really poppin’ on this dish.
