The saviors of Waterdeep were given a grand ceremony to celebrate the fall of Sherah-kar, the Ice W***h, an Ancient white dragon who had frozen the city of Waterdeep nearly solid. Not only are they given keys to the city but also a mansion on the outskirts of town to use as a base of operations. Days of peace were short lived as Orcus himself came for a visit. Testing the parties powers and showing them that he too has weaknesses he fled back from whence he came as the party licks their wounds. Orcus' power is growing .... he must be stopped.

The party descends into Avernus and into where they met Mad Maggie (a hag). Maggie takes the party into Lulu's mind and the see the truth in her dreams. Lulu now has back her memory of where the Sword of Zariel has been hidden. The group drives off into Avernus' wasteland on their newly granted Infernal War Machines only to be ran down by a hulking beast of a vehicle piloted by a boar headed humanoid. What will happen next with our adventures?

The party finds out that a local city has fallen into the first layer of hell and may hold one of the Echos of Disruption. On their 4 day travel towards the falling city a Treant attempts to stop their passage. "Give back to the forest...Give yourself to the lands..." his attempts were nigh even as Freya the druid attempted to persuade him otherwise. Upon his demise only ash and a twisted treant heart are left behind. As Freya removes the heart for replanting it resonates magic and harnesses a Staff of the Woodlands. The party continues not heeding the Treant's warnings as they come upon a sunken city far below the abyss... held aloft by chains and slowly slipping into the river styxx... what will they do next??
