Breakfast at work for my baby!
My leftover potato salad from my gumbo. I made it into hash browns in the cast iron, put it over some radish Micros then topped with fresh eggs and pea tendrils. And I had cider donuts from the orchard. Buttered and seared in case iron, they made a great side. It ain't pretty, but it was delicious.
