We were happy to be apart of Dr. Edward Gwins 85th Birthday Celebration!

The menu was simple but very well received.

- Meatballs and marinara
- italian inspired macaroni salad
- Buffalo Chicken egg rolls
- Tomatillo Avocado dip and Chips
- Variety of freshly cut Fruits and melons
- Assorted Veggie tray

We're staying busy over here . Although exhausted we couldn't be happier to get these opportunities. Thank you again Halli Love and her husband for allowing us to be a part of their big day.

We're playing Catchup on some of our events from the past few months. Bride and Groom wanted BBQ for the wedding, So, that's what we did.

Sliced Brisket, Pulled Pork, Smoked Hickory Chicken thighs, and of course ALL the Fixins..... Creamy Mac and Cheese, Fried Potatoes, Mexican Street Corn Salad and Warm buttery Rolls straight from the oven. The Food was a hit and passed approval of many Texas natives that were in attendance for the wedding. Thats a win in our book.
