Beef Wellington, Chicken Kiev and cedar plank salmon are on the menu for Christmas. Flourless chocolate cake (by the slice or whole cakes) with a delicious raspberry sauce is perfect for anyone looking for a gluten free treat this holiday season.

Mixed greens with a blend of chopped dried apricots, golden raisins and craisins, shaved asiago, candied pecans and a side of balsamic vinaigrette (vegetarian/gf)

Appetizer Special:
Spinach cream cheese wontons with honey…three for 13
An oven ready appetizer, these spinach cream cheese wontons were one of our most popular appetizers at Seasons Bistro. We fold three large egg roll wrappers around scoops of cream cheese and spinach filling, then deep fry them. They will be served in a foil pan for easy reheating (and re-crisping) in the oven, along with a ramekin of honey to drizzle over just before serving.

This entrée does require baking. A classic dish of pounded chicken breast, stuffed with herb butter and coated in breadcrumbs. You'll want to bake this in in its foil pan, then let it rest for a few minutes before serving. When you cut into it, the melted herb butter will flow out onto the plate and serve as a sauce of sorts. It is a real treat!

This oven ready beef wellington does require baking. A six ounce filet of beef with mushroom duxelles, wrapped in puff pastry, ready to be baked for your special holiday meal. The wellington will be packaged in an oven safe foil pan and will come with baking instructions. It is served with red wine demi glace and a side of (precooked) vegetables and au gratin potatoes, both of which can be reheated in either the microwave or the oven. *
