Beef Wellington, Chicken Kiev and cedar plank salmon are on the menu for Christmas. Flourless chocolate cake (by the slice or whole cakes) with a delicious raspberry sauce is perfect for anyone looking for a gluten free treat this holiday season.

Get your order in by Saturday, 12/21 for pick up on Monday, 12/23. Here is the full menu and all the details....

Menu for December 23, 2023
(curbside pick up between 3 and 6pm)

Soups:
Potato leek (gf/vegetarian)
Traditional beef chili (gf)

Salad:
Mixed greens with a blend of chopped dried apricots, golden raisins and craisins, shaved asiago, candied pecans and a side of balsamic vinaigrette (vegetarian/gf)
*with the option to add a grilled chicken breast or grilled salmon fillet*

Focaccia and garlic butter (vegetarian)

Appetizer Special:
Spinach cream cheese wontons with honey…three for 13
An oven ready appetizer, these spinach cream cheese wontons were one of our most popular appetizers at Seasons Bistro. We fold three large egg roll wrappers around scoops of cream cheese and spinach filling, then deep fry them. They will be served in a foil pan for easy reheating (and re-crisping) in the oven, along with a ramekin of honey to drizzle over just before serving.

Oven ready chicken kiev with scalloped potatoes and a side of vegetables…20
This entrée does require baking. A classic dish of pounded chicken breast, stuffed with herb butter and coated in breadcrumbs. You'll want to bake this in in its foil pan, then let it rest for a few minutes before serving. When you cut into it, the melted herb butter will flow out onto the plate and serve as a sauce of sorts. It is a real treat!

Oven ready beef wellington with scalloped potatoes and a side of vegetables…35
This oven ready beef wellington does require baking. A six ounce filet of beef with mushroom duxelles, wrapped in puff pastry, ready to be baked for your special holiday meal. The wellington will be packaged in an oven safe foil pan and will come with baking instructions. It is served with red wine demi glace and a side of (precooked) vegetables and au gratin potatoes, both of which can be reheated in either the microwave or the oven. *

Hello all! We are looking for a new lettuce supplier and need some help finding a quality product within the Springfield/Yellow Springs area. If anyone has any ideas of a hydroponic grower or greenhouse that grows year round lettuce, please send us a message!! We love the local stuff and it has to be high quality. Help!

Traditional Gazpacho - Croutons will be provided for those not needing a gluten-free soup. The heat level will be medium. (gf, vegan)

Salad:
Mixed greens salad with watermelon, feta, toasted almonds and balsamic vinaigrette (vegetarian, gf)

These guys have put their talents together again for this week's salad - mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, grilled corn, gorgonzola, a fresh gremolata and balsamic vinaigrette with the option to add marinated grilled hanger steak from Honey Creek Beef. Order by the end of the day for your Wednesday pick up! And you'll need a slice of key lime pie to go with that too. Get your order in!

Chicken, Chickpea and Spinach – a broth based soup with a touch of cream, spinach, chunks of chicken breast and whole chickpeas (gf)

Salad:
Mixed greens salad with grilled corn, cherry tomatoes and gorgonzola crumbles with sides of gremolata (a flavorful oil based blend of parsely, garlic and lemon) and balsamic vinagrette.
*Special for this week only, we are offering the option to add local Honey Creek Beef marinated hanger steak to your salad!

We are back in the kitchen and ready to cook for you all again. Who else has missed this delicious focaccia over the past few weeks - the fresh herbs, sea salt and garlic butter...so good.

Chile Colorado – Doug’s favorite meal to cook, this is a Mexican style beef stew in a red chile sauce served with rice, grilled vegetables and a side of sour cream and flour tortillas. This dish is medium (plus) spiced and has incredible flavor. It is gluten free without the tortillas.

Marinated grilled chicken breast with summer vegetables over angel hair pasta, topped with a rustic marinara sauce.
