Aperture Video

Aperture Video Providing the solution for your creative video needs, including wedding videography, video production, and motion graphics. Want to reach out? Drop us a line.

We started Aperture Video because we wanted to provide something different in the Springfield video community. Our approach to storytelling is unique. We believe in the little details and focus on the small things so that you won’t just revisit your story, you’ll relive every emotion. Since a good film is more than just the camera action, we emphasize focus on beautiful edits, which truly create t

he style and mood you’re looking for! We’d be likely to bet you’ll get a better product for less than the other guys. You won’t see much work in our reel just yet. As the new kids on the block, we’re choosing to slowly build our repertoire of experience with a smaller number of high end productions as opposed to many low effort examples. We’d love to hear from you! www.aperturevideo.net

I can't wait to see what all the teams came up with for this year. The inspiration package was very restricting, and creativity always flourishes when restrictions are applied. Screenings of all films begin next weekend! We hope you'll have time to catch a screening of our film, Meridian, but more importantly, support the local community by watching as many as you can! I know I plan to camp out there next weekend.

was a whirlwind this year! Our film Meridian will be screening at next weekend (21st-23rd). Unfortunately, we ended up missing the deadline by five minutes, so we won't be eligible for any awards or prizes, but we would still be ecstatic to have you come support us and the rest of the SATO community by catching one of our screenings! Specific screening times to follow.

I love the competitive spirit behind this creative challenge. I cannot wait to see what everyone creates this year. By the way, how great is this year's inspiration package?? 👌🏻
We've got one scene down! Now it's time to crash 😴

Kelly and Dustin are the epitome of southern elegance, and their wedding day reflected that perfectly. While I was in the midst of their loved ones, I could tell that this day meant so much more than two people simply getting married. I almost didn't make it when Dustin's father teared up while speaking during the ceremony. :)

Enjoy.

I don't know about you all, but February has had me thinking a lot about Summer! Winter was great and all, but I'm ready for the warm weather to stay. I'm currently working on the last few films of 2016, and I can't wait to share them! In the meantime, check out this style shoot from last summer. Huge thanks to Allie Rose Events and Sheri Holloway Photography for including me on such a fun shoot.

Attention to Every Frame

If you're looking for a way to capture your wedding day that's striking, moving, story-driven, and cinematic, then you're in the right place. Secretly I love weddings, so this is more than just a job to me. I love capturing the moments where love happens. It's the small moments, nearly indistinguishable from a passing glance of a bride at her groom, a laugh, a lingering embrace, or a long pause during a toast. There are a thousand little moments that will happen throughout your big day, most of which you'll be too busy to remember. Your wedding, whether you like it or not, is going to feel like a whirlwind. Allow me to bring you back and slow down those moments to twenty-four frames per second. www.aperturevideo.net
