⭐️Recently engaged and looking for a unique and special venue?⭐️ Cornerstone Acres is a gorgeous 1794 historic estate situated on 30 acres that is pasture land surrounded by forest. The historic home features our lovely historic bridal suite and bath, southern style porch, grand staircase and upper balcony for your use. We have a grooms cabin for getting ready and overnight stays as well as several other historic buildings perfect for photography, fireside use and gathering places. We offer 4 outdoor unique outdoor ceremony locations:
• Cornerstone Arbor featuring the cornerstone from the first Jim Beam barn facing pastureland, woods and sunsets
• Fairy Portal - a whimsical round vine arbor in the back of the property facing the woods and sunsets
• Hollow Oak - an incredible huge old oak tree on the back of the property backed by forest
• Milestone Arbor - Located off the back porch of our reception venue with benches and a 1700's barn beam arbor facing the pond and surrounded equally by pasture and forest and a premium view of the sunset
Our reception space, Milestone Hall, is a 4800 SF white barn style building that provides a charming rustic yet elegant space. The heated space has chandeliers and adjustable lighting, white draping, prep room, ADA compliant large bathrooms, large open area, antique furniture and backdrops, seating included for 180 guests, bar/food service area, 2 additional free-standing bars, outdoor games, lots of windows and french doors to observe the surrounding countryside and so much more. The 1500 SF covered back porch of the reception building provides additional space and options and hosts a perfect view of the pond and sunsets. We also have some décor, arch and fireplace mantel rental options. We have a golf cart for bridal delivery to ceremony locations and to assist visitors with mobility issues.
Our pricing varies from day of rental at $1,000 to $4,000 depending on day of the week and guest count. Standard access is from 10 AM to midnight, however there are additional options to extend your stay. We offer a day before rental for set up, rehearsal and rehearsal dinner.
