Well gang, it’s been a fun ride. The Gypsy’s last day of business will be Saturday 3/28. I’ve kept this show rolling for over 2 years now, and it’s time for me to find another adventure. My daughter is an amazing softball pitcher & will be entering her senior season playing for Glendale, & I need to be more available this summer & fall than what the Gypsy allows. Thanks to all of you who supported this little venture, shared your stories with me, and became my friends. I would love to see so many of you one more time before next weekend is over. I’m going to miss you guys.

The Gypsy will be closed the evening of Saturday January 17th so we can go support our friend & customer Avery “These Hands” Wilson, who has a heavyweight fight tonight at the Shrine! Avery is a married father of 4 who works his tail off to make things happen. Come out with me & watch what one of our own neighborhood kids can do!!

Today is the perfect day for a walk in the woods! Hiking in January was always my favorite because you don’t need bug spray. For today’s experiment, we made a Peanut Butter Cookie Cream Pie! Limited quantity, so come get you a piece before it’s gone!

It’s because you’re feeling great about finally checking a few things off the list, & you have something exciting on your mind to look forward to! What are you thankful for?? I’m thankful for my kids, who are beautiful, intelligent, ornery little sh*ts. I’m thankful to have met all of you, especially those who have shared their stories & ideas, those of you who try to look out for me, and that I’ve received enough love to where I’ve avoided an office job for 2 years now. Thank you thank you thank you for supporting this little project & for being a beautiful group of people. Everyone that comes here is so nice. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving. I love you guys ❤️

The sun can’t shine all the time 🌧️ But don’t let that get you down- today is actually a souper day! (Get it? 🥣🤣😶) Today we have Creamy Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese, and this Taco Soup with beef, tomatoes, beans, corn, etc. We can leave the sour cream off for our friends who don’t do dairy 😉 Come eat something wholesome & delicious, & then go splash around in muddy puddles!

Back in our hunting days, our favorite thing to eat while in the woods was a thermos full of cowboy stew, so I made some for all the hunters! Loaded with ground beef, kielbasa, bacon & lots of veggies, you can eat well this weekend while out enjoying nature 🦌 Don’t forget the stomach ache you had last year after eating Little Debbies & Pringles all day! Everybody be careful out there!
