We are so excited to finally welcome you to Vine & Rind!
Here’s what to expect on the big day!

🌞 DAYTIME VIBES (11 AM–2:30)
Stop in for counter service, retail wine & cheese, grab-and-go charcuterie boards, and all the gourmet goodies you’ve been craving. Feel free to enjoy your charcuterie and explore our self-serve wine machines at a table—just note that there’s no table service during the day on Saturdays.

🌙 DINNER SERVICE (5 PM–10 PM)
At night, we transform into a full-service cozy wine bar experience. Enjoy our signature boards, small plates, desserts, and wine machines.
✨ Reservations are highly recommended to guarantee your spot as we are a very small space

🍷 NOW OPEN FOR OUR SOFT OPENING/LIMITED MENU!
We’re currently in soft opening mode with a limited menu and reservations only this week Tuesday-Friday.

🍷BIG ANNOUNCEMENT 🗣:
After 3 years of sharing our love for charcuterie with you all at TaDa!, we’re thrilled to announce an exciting new chapter… We will be opening a storefront this summer on the west side of Springfield! Vine & Rind

So many of you have asked for a place where you can not only pick up our charcuterie on your way to an event, but also for a place to enjoy our charcuterie with a glass of wine and friends and family!

At Vine & Rind you can savor beautifully crafted charcuterie boards, indulgent fondues, shareable appetizers, and unique cheesecakes and desserts while enjoying exceptional wines from our self-serve wine stations. We will also have a full bar offering local beers, bourbons, mocktails, and unique cocktails. Plus, take home your favorite cheeses, meats, and gourmet goodies to continue the experience wherever you go. We can't wait to welcome all of our past and future customers in the late summer of 2025!

So....What does this mean for TaDa!?
For now, we are pausing charcuterie board orders as we gradually transition to Vine & Rind. However, during this time TaDa will continue offering catering for weddings, baby showers, and special gatherings until Vine & Rind officially opens. Once Vine & Rind is up and running, TaDa! will shift exclusively to event catering, specializing in unique appetizers, craft cocktails, wine and food pairings, and elevated bar service to cater to all of your fun party needs.

We cannot thank all of our customers for your support over the last three years and during this exciting transition—we can’t wait to serve you in new and delicious ways! Cheers!
