Smoked sausage makes a fabulous gumbo! Love this time of year, when the leaves start changing colors, temperatures start to drop, which brings colder weather, which means, get out the cast iron pots, and start cooking. Stews, oysters, gumbo, creole, jambalaya, smoked & fried turkeys, too many to list. We hope you enjoy all the upcoming holidays with all your family and friends.

We enjoyed the first day of Bikes, Blues & BBQ. It was an awesome day for a ride in NW Arkansas. Crawfish Mac N Cheese was a huge hit today, and it keeps getting better. Thursday we add Jambalaya to our already great menu. So come out and see us at Heritage Indian, Hudson Rd in Rogers.

Take a demo ride on one of Indians fabulous selection of Bikes, then come by Cajun Queens trailer for an amazing selection Cajun Cuisine .

To all my customers...I’m a southern lady at heart. The cold temps mean it’s gumbo weather. But, it also means it’s too cold to have y’all standing outside. So, it’s time to close shop for the winter.

I’m hoping Mother Nature will cooperate with an early Spring so I can be back running in March. I’m looking forward to serving some boiled crawfish next year.

I am available fir catering with advanced notice. If you need a gumbo, crawfish stew, courtbouillon, or other Cajun dish to warm you this winter, give me a shout.
