Luci Shepherd is an ordained nondenominational minister (Reverend/Wedding Officiant) who has been performing local weddings, unions, and civil ceremonies since December 2006. It is all about the two of you, the vows and committments exchanged, and me signing your wedding license or maybe there is no license, I am okay with that!
