⛳️ We’re ready to swing, putt, and party… but first, we need one tiny thing:
PERMISSION.

That’s right — The Sandtrap is all teed up, but we’re still waiting on the official green light from the powers that be 🏛️.

So if you’ve got a cousin, neighbor, or best friend’s dog who works at Montgomery County Permitting and City of Houston Permitting, tell them we said “hi — and help?” 😂

The sooner they sign off, the sooner we can get this party started for Spring 77386.

Hi Community! Thanks for giving us a follow after our announcement this summer. We have been hit with permitting delays which has significantly impacted our construction timeline. While we’re anxious to swing putt and party with you, we will not be ready to do so until 2026. Thanks for your patience, continued excitement, and encouragement! Any confirmed updates we receive from permitting authorities and our general contracting team will be published here as soon as it’s made available.
