It makes me proud to be a black business owner of 16 years at Esyntial Elements Consulting Inc. and provide relentless customer service to my clients. At the same, It is very frustrating to work hard to live up to your word and to be a professional organization with all of the chatter in the background screaming that our own people WONT support our businesses.

I know that many have had experiences that were not the best and I am not exempt from that in working with vendors either. Though, there are many businesses of color and specifically women owned businesses that do exceptionally well and are exceedingly professional. Sometimes,it IS very hard to manage the expectation of some of our community members who want to underpay and demand the highest level of service at the lowest rate. So, I have definitely benefited and improved my level of service by asking what I am worth, interviewing my prospective clients, working on a referral basis, and communicating exactly how valuable we are as an entity.

It has been the greatest reward for me and my clients because I am better positioned to do everything that is required even at the drop of a dime in excellence and without lack. This is KEY! No to mention, WE DELIVER. PERIOD‼️. No business is error proof, but great businesses handle all aspects of business with professionalism and integrity.

To all of my brides for 2021 and all of my clients I stand with you and will hold your hand as we return to normal operations and life as we know it. In the meantime, let’s celebrate love and the families and communities that are pulling together to make sure that the special moments are not void. It’s been an interesting 2 years, but we did it and all of the feels were there! I thank each of you for choosing us and being amazing!
