Our first setup of 2026! ✨

This color scheme was simply too good to pass up. We loved working with cool green, off-white, and gold—classic, playful, and timeless. And of course, adding florals is always a yes in our book.

Our client was an absolute joy to work with. We truly appreciate when clients ask questions—it helps ensure every detail comes together smoothly and seamlessly on event day. Did you know you can email or text us with questions? Once your deposit is paid, we’re available to our clients daily. Our goal is to make you feel confident, comfortable, and fully supported when trusting us with your special event. We take great pride in being there for each and every client.

We loved setting up this baby shower, and next up this year is an engagement shower—we can’t wait!

🎉 Let’s Chat Grab-and-Go Garlands! 🎉

Our calendar availability is limited at the beginning of the year, but the good news is that Grab-and-Go garlands are always available! If you’re local to 77386, we’re happy to deliver directly to your storefront for added convenience.

Grab-and-Go garlands are available in sizes ranging from 4ft to 10ft (please note: the 10ft garland requires a large SUV for transport). Each garland comes fully assembled with all hanging supplies included. Optional add-ons—such as the starburst balloons shown—are also available to customize your look.

When a client reaches out through our website inquiry form, we jump right into the planning process. We begin with a consultation call (if preferred) to walk through the event in detail, plan intentionally, and provide real-time pricing to help clients select the pieces that best fit their vision. From there, an invoice and mockup are sent, and colors can be adjusted throughout the planning process up until two weeks before the event date.

Our clients trust us to go above and beyond to ensure every setup is cohesive, on-theme, and beautifully executed—every single time. We truly love turning dreams into reality.

This stunning Over the Moon theme was thoughtfully curated by the mom-to-be, who had a clear vision for her special day. We’re so grateful to have been a part of bringing it to life. 💙

Have you ever said yes to a job and then figured out how to do it ?

This was our FIRST ceiling install! And of course I said yes and then I went to my amazing husband and asked, “How do we do it?”

There are a lot of different ways to do a ceiling install. Most people will use a lift. We decided since tables will be setup already, a lift would be a challenge to navigate and add to setup time.

So instead- Mr. CTM got a 24ft pole, some heavy duty magnets, and some fishing line. He was able to prep the fishing line prior to the event because we knew the height of the ceilings. This allowed us to be quick on setup and use our time wisely.

Once on site, we were able to attach the fishing line (which had a 260 balloon tied to the end) to the starburst cluster with the 260 loop, and lift it up to attach to the ceiling! The client was 1. Impressed we didn’t need the lift and 2. That we showed up on time AND finished in a timely manner.

All in all a win win!

Things to always remember: prep BEFORE the event, bring extra supplies, and never forget your free labor 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

🎉 Happy New Year 🎉

It’s 2026!!! Sometimes it’s amazing how time flies. This year we celebrate THREE years of CTM. What started out as a fun side business- where we said 1-2 events a month would be cool- has turned into a full blown business where we’re doing sometimes five events in one weekend!

And it’s all because of you. The client. Trusting us, supporting us, and referring us to friends. And from the bottom of our hearts- thank you ☺️

We are truly excited to see what this next year brings! New year, same us! Let us craft the moment for you this year, you won’t be disappointed !

One question I was asked several times this year: Do you offer Elf Arrival balloons?

The honest answer? I hadn’t before! But were they fun to create? Absolutely. We had a few Elf Arrival orders this year, including this 6-ft Christmas tree with ornaments and presents, plus a balloon stack large enough for two elves—complete with custom vinyl details.

Another question I received: Will you offer them again next year?

The answer is a big YES!

For next year, we’ll be offering Elf Arrival designs—including presents, Christmas trees, and balloon stacks—available for November 30th, just in time for a December 1st arrival. Delivery will be available within a designated radius, with pickup always an option as well.

We truly love being part of your Christmas traditions. Thank you to our wonderful clients for trusting us with these special moments this season!

Merry Christmas 🎄

During this Christmas season we are just so incredibly thankful and grateful for each and every person who supported our small business. From our amazing family and friends, fellow vendors, to our wonderufl clients, and of course God- for none of this would be possible without Him. As we anxiously and patiently await the birth of our son Colter, we’re reminded that each moment is an opportunity. An opportunity to grow, to learn, and to enjoy.

🖤 Every Milestone Matters 🖤

While the first birthday is often the most celebrated, it’s just as much a milestone for the parents who made it through that first year (and yes, that’s worth celebrating too 😉).

We hear it all the time: “Enjoy it—it goes by so fast.” And it couldn’t be more true. Moments become memories in the blink of an eye, which is why we believe in celebrating every stage, big or small.

One of our wonderful returning clients requested a Chanel-inspired setup for her daughter’s 3rd birthday photoshoot, and of course we said yes!

🧙‍♀️ Wicked for Good 👑

Peyton’s 6th birthday celebration was truly magical! The Wicked-themed setup was a showstopper. Our client provided these beautiful backdrops, and we brought the vision to life with custom balloon styling, florals, bobo balloons, and vinyl details to complete the look.

The space at Bounce and Play was perfect for hosting all the event elements—from kids’ tables and a treat wall to the backdrop, food, and more. We’re so grateful to be part of such special celebrations and thankful for every client who trusts us to add those extra touches that make events unforgettable.

Spreading a little extra Christmas cheer for some truly wonderful teachers! 🎄✨

The holiday season is our favorite time of year, and when we were invited to sponsor the teachers’ Christmas celebration, our answer was an immediate yes. Teachers do so much every day, and we love any opportunity to celebrate and thank them for all they do.

This year, the PTO hosted several events over two weeks and wanted the space beautifully prepared for each one. On December 1st, we installed our present and tree shaped table centerpieces and large 6-foot balloon trees to help set the festive tone. The PTO then worked their magic—adding custom banners, jingle bell ornament foil balloons on the cabinets, and even a full-sized gingerbread house cutout on the opposite wall. Their creativity truly brought the room to life!

We’ve loved working alongside the PTO throughout the year, from donating leftover garlands for birthday celebrations to creating a custom backdrop for their Trunk or Treat in October. Supporting our community means the world to us, and we are so grateful to be part of these special moments.
