For this couple, that meant incorporating their beloved horse into their seating chart, and we absolutely loved bringing that personal touch to life!

At Craft the Moment Party Co., we love finding creative ways to turn your most meaningful details into something beautiful. We adored working together with College Park Event Design & Production with their rental pieces and Jo's Paper Kitchen with her amazing prints to create this stunning seating chart for the couple. I mean, look at it! Their horse got to be a HUGE part of their special day- and that means the world to us.

Because the best wedding details aren’t always the trendiest. They’re the ones that tell your story. 🤍

🌶️🔥 TURNING UP THE HEAT FOR SIX! 🔥🌶️

One of our favorite things about working with returning clients is knowing they’re going to bring us a theme we can have FUN with. Usually, this client finds a napkin she loves and says, “This is the vibe!” 😂 But this year? We designed an entire birthday party around a bottle of hot sauce.

River’s favorite hot sauce, Valentina, became the inspiration for his 6th birthday, and we took it from there!

We pulled colors and details from his invitation and created a completely custom setup featuring a custom hot sauce bottle cutout, custom vinyl, and a balloon garland designed specifically to tie the entire theme together. 🌶️

And when we say this family committed to the theme… they COMMITTED. 👏🏼 Taquitos, chips & salsa, hot sauce, a red cake topped with chili peppers — and even River’s sister showed up head-to-toe in red sequins with a chili pepper hat.

THIS is what we love about custom events. Your theme doesn’t have to come from Pinterest. Give us the invitation, the napkin, your child’s favorite food, character, color — or apparently their favorite bottle of hot sauce 😂 — and we’ll build a party around it.

✨ The details matter ✨

We loved getting to play a small part in Sydney + Hunter’s beautiful day by bringing some of their custom details to life!

From cutting the custom woodwork and vinyl wording for their seating chart display and welcome sign, to installing the gorgeous vinyl and prints created by Jo's Paper Kitchen on the bar and throughout the venue, every little detail worked together so beautifully.

Being a vendor alongside the gorgeous rental pieces from College Park Event Design & Production made it even better🤍

Weddings like this are such a reminder that it takes an amazing team of vendors to bring one cohesive vision to life — and we LOVE getting to collaborate, create custom pieces, and help make all those little details happen.

Because sometimes it’s not about one big statement piece… it’s all the thoughtful details throughout the entire space that make it feel completely yours. ✨

🌺 When the theme calls for CUSTOM 🌺

For this local school fundraiser, they wanted an elevated fiesta — so we created TWO completely custom moments to carry the theme throughout the event. 💃🌺✨

A statement floral wall for the main stage with a custom wood cutout + a coordinating photo op filled with vibrant florals, layered textures and those gorgeous oversized leaves. Every piece was designed specifically for their event and their space

The perfect blend. ☕🤎

For a couple who LOVES their coffee, there couldn’t have been a more fitting theme for their bridal shower.

We brought “The Perfect Blend” to life at Sunday Press® | All Day Café with layers of creamy whites, soft taupes and rich coffee browns — creating the prettiest neutral backdrop to celebrate these two becoming one.

And the best part? Their loved ones didn’t have to spend the morning setting any of it up. They got to walk in, hug the bride-to-be, put up photos of the lovely couple, grab a coffee and actually enjoy the celebration with her.

Every celebration starts with a vision—and sometimes, that vision takes a few conversations to fully come to life.

We don’t just take a theme and recreate it. We listen. We ask questions. We customize. We get to know our clients and understand what makes their celebration special. Because the goal isn’t just to make it beautiful—it’s to make it feel perfectly theirs. 🤍

This golden cheetah + Jellycat-inspired theme came to life through multiple chats with our client as we worked together to truly understand the vision she had for her daughter’s 13th birthday.

From the colors and textures to the little details that tied everything together, every element was intentionally designed around her vision. ✨

For this celebration, we created a custom 8ft x 4ft gold backdrop, layered it with a statement balloon installation featuring gold, metallics, and custom cheetah-print balloons, added the sweetest character details, and finished it all with a custom tablescape designed to bring the entire theme together.
