For this fiesta-themed second birthday, our client handled the treat boxes, table activities, fringe wall, and collaborated with us to come up with the best color scheme—while we stepped in to provide the photo op, kids’ table, and complete design + setup on the big day.

🌞 Summer Announcement 🌞

Houston summers are no joke — and recent years have brought record-breaking heat!

Please keep in mind that balloons exposed to high temperatures and direct sunlight can quickly become matte and begin to deflate. To ensure your event looks its best, we recommend the following for outdoor setups from June through August:

✔️ Host events indoors whenever possible
✔️ If outdoors, ensure full shade and use no-shine spray
✔️ Schedule events for early morning or evening hours

Our priority is always to deliver beautiful, lasting setups and a seamless experience for our clients. Please take extra care when planning outdoor events during the summer heat! 💛

We were setting up for a first birthday on one of the windiest days we’ve seen in a long time 🌬️—35mph gusts! Even with 25lb weights on each leg of the backdrops, one of them blew backwards toward the fence. (Pro tip: always place weights on the back legs to help prevent it from tipping forward into guests!) 😳

Luckily, we were on-site and prepared with extra weights. We adjusted quickly, made it work, and the event turned out AMAZING. 🎉

Myles had the best first birthday and the “ONE Happy Dude” theme was beyond adorable! 🧡 We’re so thankful for our clients and their creative themes—every detail matters!
