💙💛 A New Chapter Begins | UCLA Bound💛💙

Some celebrations deserve more than beautiful decor—they deserve the chance for a family to simply be present.

As this incredible graduate prepares to trade one chapter for another at UCLA, our goal was to take every detail off her family’s shoulders so they could soak in every hug, every happy tear, and every proud moment.

The magic is more than the balloons—it's in creating a day where our clients don't have to worry about a single detail. We brought the vision to life through custom balloon installations, marquee letters, welcome columns, and event styling while collaborating with amazing local vendors for the cookies, mocktail bar, helium balloons and all the special finishing touches.

The result? A day where everything flowed beautifully, every vendor worked together seamlessly, and this family got to focus on what truly mattered—celebrating a young woman beginning an incredible new adventure.

This client had a clear vision for her special day and absolutely brought it to life. While she handled so many beautiful details herself, balloons weren’t on her DIY list—and that’s where we came in.

A few weeks before the event, she decided to change the color palette and shared exactly how she envisioned the final look. Did that mean extra adjustments? Absolutely. Did it matter? Not one bit.

The feedback we received yesterday was such a meaningful reminder of why we do what we do. There is nothing better than helping our clients bring their vision to life and create an experience that feels cohesive, elevated, and memorable for their guests.

For this event, our client already had the perfect foundation — a beautiful home, a pool ready for guests, and even a fun dirty soda setup. What they needed was the finishing touch: a statement photo moment that tied everything together and created an atmosphere guests could truly experience and remember.

As moms, we spend so much time trying to soak in every stage… and somehow they still grow up in the blink of an eye 🥹

One day it’s first steps, the next it’s tiny graduation caps and proud smiles standing tall on the stage. Every milestone matters, and every season deserves to be celebrated. 🎓

Creating this custom graduation setup for our studio meant so much to us because it brought both of our passions together — the creative side of designing and building, and the heart behind our photography rental studio .

From the handmade backdrop panels to the custom staircase, seeing little moments like this come to life in a space we created ourselves makes it even more special.

One for the books ⛳️💖

She MASTERED it… literally. From the golf course to earning her Master’s at TSU, this celebration was designed to reflect every part of her journey — and what a journey it’s been. Now she’s heading BACK to school for law school, because apparently excellence doesn’t take breaks 👏🏽⚖️

One of the biggest must-haves for this setup? BRIGHT pink balloons inspired by the iconic pops of pink floral seen throughout Masters tournament events — paired with bold greens, yellows, and golf details to bring her vision to life. Safe to say, this setup understood the assignment.

Another need- a customized “She Mastered It” sign made from wood so the client could keep it and hang it in her room. And it turned out better than we hoped 🤩

We never take it lightly when clients trust us with milestone moments like these. Celebrating accomplishments, hard work, late nights, and big dreams coming true will always be one of our favorite things to be part of.

Behind every custom install is so much more than “just decor.” ✨

This 8ft x 8ft fiesta floral arch started as an idea — and turned into:

• 70 dried palms
• 250 greenery stems
• 600 floral stems
• 7 pool noodles
• countless 260 balloons + zip ties
• heavy duty poles + weights
• hours of spray painting, building, adjusting, and engineering every single detail into place

Every palm was custom painted and carefully placed with intention. Every layer had to be balanced, secured, and built from the ground up to create something both beautiful and structurally sound for this local school fundraiser celebration. 🌺

What many people don’t see is the analytical thinking, problem solving, and physical labor that goes into creating large scale custom pieces like this. It’s art — but it’s also engineering.

And honestly? We adore the process.
We love taking something that exists only in imagination and bringing it to life piece by piece. Creating from nothing will always be one of our favorite parts of what we do.

So thankful for every client, school, and family that trusts us to create something meaningful for their celebrations. Your ideas inspire us every single time.
