We are doing a reverse 12 days of Christmas countdown with a new announcement everyday leading up to us announcing our opening day for the 2026 season on Christmas Day!

Day 12 - We now have a new merchant system with table side ordering options as well as order ahead options!!

Just did the preview of our new Merchant system and yall are going to love it!

Quicker order times, better receipt options, loyalty programs and best of all we will have Table ordering options and “possibly” order ahead this year at Community Fieldhouse!!

February can’t get here fast enough! If we can open sooner we will, but in our experience the Crawfish show up in November/Decemebr and then disappear again once the January cold hits! So we aren’t rushing it!

It is that time of the year again to start getting our sponsors together for the 2026 Crawfish season!

For $300 Sponsorships include a spot on the back of our shirts worn by all employees and our banner which is at every catering and or cookoff that we do which is on average about 30 a year. This year you will also get access for 2 to one cookoff of your choice that we compete in.
