Hi, I’m Emily! 👋🏼 And if you didn’t know — I’m a day-of wedding coordinator. 🤍

Basically? I’m there for YOU.

✨ I help build your wedding-day timeline
✨ Set up & make sure everything looks the way you pictured it
✨ Keep the wedding party where they need to be (yes, that includes tracking down the guys 😂)
✨ Handle the little problems you should never even have to know happened
✨ Keep family photos moving — I’m basically your photographer’s best friend 📸
✨ Coordinate with vendors & keep the entire day on schedule
✨ Show up with an emergency kit full of things you didn’t know you’d need
✨ And at the end of the night, I help tear it all back down

My job is to make sure you aren’t the one answering questions, moving chairs, watching the clock, finding people, fixing problems, or worrying about what needs to happen next.

You should be drinking the ch*****ne, taking the pictures, hugging your people and actually enjoying the wedding you spent all this time planning. 🥂

Just add “flower arranging” to the day-of coordinator job description. 💐😂

The bride supplied the flowers, and I got to bring her vision together on wedding morning!

That’s one of my favorite things about being a day-of coordinator--my job doesn’t always fit into one little box. Setting up, solving problems, keeping things moving, helping the bride, arranging flowers… whatever the day needs, I’m there. 🤍

Florists are incredibly talented at what they do, but when a bride chooses the DIY route and just needs an extra set of hands to bring it all together—I’m happy to jump in. 💐✨

Day-of coordinator duties sometimes look a little different than expected. 😂

During speeches, these little ladies were ready to PLAY… so we found a cozy corner, broke out the emergency Smarties from my coordinator bag, and let the grown-ups enjoy the speeches. 🍬😂

Moving forward, EVERY coordination package will include an assistant coordinator!

After another busy wedding season, I've realized just how valuable it is to have an extra set of hands on wedding days — not only for me, but especially for my couples. More hands means more support, smoother transitions, faster setup, and even more attention to all those little details. 💍

My package options are simply being restructured to make having a coordination team the standard.
