1. All tickets are sold by Mike Culbreth as owner of MAC Entertainment Solutions and has no control over the maintenance or management of the Venue, the organization, management of the Event, cancellation, or postponement of the Event.
2. No tickets are transferable for later events. Upon completion of full payment to Seller football tickets will be released to Buyer via Email or Hand-to-Hand transaction for the purchased game only.
3. All sales are final and no deposits or refunds on tickets will be made under any circumstances.
4. The Buyer has all rights to resale the purchased tickets after the PSL owner transaction is complete.
5. Entry to the Venue will be subject to the Venue's prevailing terms and conditions of entry. Buyer must adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by Bank of America Stadium which can be viewed ://www.panthers.com/stadium/policies-and-information.html
6. The Venue Owner may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the Event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control. All sales are final.
7. Any complaints regarding the Event or Venue shall be directed solely to and dealt with by Bank of America Stadium.
8. Accepted payment methods are PayPal, Cash, Debit, Credit, or Gift Card. If full payment is not made within 24 hours or card is declined to Seller sale of tickets at the listed price will be null and void. Ticket prices are subject to change at Seller's discretion. Payments must be made in full by Buyer.
9. All tickets must be collected within the time periods stipulated for your chosen delivery method. No refunds will be made for uncollected tickets due to Buyer negligence.
