Their wedding day was a beautiful day, filled with so many sweet moments and special memories. It was such a joy working with Olivia & Bryan throughout the planning process and helping bring their vision to life. Being part of the little details, watching everything come together, and seeing them finally get to enjoy the day they had been dreaming of made it all the more meaningful.

My venue has a venue coordinator… do I really need a day of coordinator? 👀

In most cases, YES!🤍

This is one of the questions I hear most often from brides. Many venues have an amazing venue coordinator included in their services, but it’s important to understand that a venue coordinator and a day of coordinator have two different roles.

Venue Coordinator:
✨Manages the venue staff
✨Ensures venue policies are followed
✨Coordinates venue provided rentals and services
✨Oversees the property and event spaces
✨Oversees vendor access to the venue
✨Handles venue related issues

Their main responsibility is to manage the venue and the services it provides.

Day of Coordinator:
✨Creates and manages your wedding day timeline
✨Confirms final details with your vendors
✨Serves as the main point of contact on your wedding day
✨Oversees vendor arrival, set up, and logistics
✨Helps bring the wedding day you envisioned to life
✨Coordinates special moments throughout your ceremony and reception

✨Makes sure you can enjoy your wedding instead of managing it🤍
