Sometimes you just have to let things go, ya know? It was hard for me to accept it, and I’ve held onto SF paraphernalia too long because of it. To everyone who supported me through the most difficult chapter of my life, thank you from the bottom of my heart. We sure made some beautiful things, didn’t we? I think there will be more opportunities in the future but for now I need to completely close this chapter. xoxo, The Balloon Lady.

What a day! This year was the first time I was able to walk the balloons back to the memory care residents due to Covid precautions. I so loved seeing their smiles and telling them that all the balloons came from YOU! Thank you again for making Adopt a Grandparent happen ❤️❤️❤️ Also, just ignore the staticy piece of hair in my picture. It’s the price you pay for being a balloon artist. 🤷🏻‍♀️😆

Throwback to the first two years ago! We were able to gift a balloon sculpture to every senior at Morning Pointe. I tied what felt like a million balloons and got them ready to deliver, then I realized that my van wasn't big enough (this was pre- new van). My friends at The Well Outreach generously donated their time and large truck to help me deliver all of the balloons to the precious Seniors at Morning Pointe. It is my favorite Valentine's memory to date! Out little story even made it on the local news! Article linked below. :)

I can't believe we are on our third year of Adopt-A-Grandparent! What a joy it is to being smiles to the Seniors at Morning Pointe. We will be bringing a balloon sculpture on Valentine's Day again this year. If you would like to adopt a grandparent, follow the link to donate.
