Spring Grove Horse Show A locally run horse show committed to encouraging interest in horses, educating young riders and giving back to the community.

Spring Grove Horse Show is a non-profit organization designed to help the local equine community in schooling their equine partners. The show series is run annually by local volunteers and families. We offer English & Western Performance, Hunter, Dressage, Speed and Fun & Action shows, as well as a year-end high point award. Riders of all ages are welcome to come and compete. It has been a standin

g tradition for SGHS to give back to the community, be it land grants, school buses, or donations to local and county organizations. All posts to the SGHS page must be directly relevant to the Spring Grove Horse Show unless approved by an admin first. Other posts will be deleted. The admins are Josa Comstock and Gloria Kraft.

Show attire optional. Typical riding attire rules for horses and riders waived. If you like to show or are new to showing but just don’t want to get all dressed up or have a horse that’s still 2 handed, bridle-less or more this is your show!

2025 showbills are here!! We are SUPER excited to be offering new classes, shows and opportunities for our competitors this year!

Here are some highlights of our show series:
• ALL our shows are apart of the Border Run Challenge!💜
• We have a NEW Novice and Green Show meant for novice riders and green horses ONLY. It is not an open show. Seasoned riders and horses are welcome to show in our other open shows.💚
• We’re now offering in-hand trail!
• Trail or in-hand trail are now apart of the daily divisional high point awards for our English and Western performance shows.
