Right now, I'm just trying to make ends meet. Struggling to come up with finances. My eye surgery is coming up really soon. Hopefully, things will change, but in the meantime, I'm looking for help to help me cover rent and bills. Right now, we're $500 short on rent. Update on ,
It has been a hard couple of months of learning to get around without being able to see and just trying to survive.

Big Mike will be permanently blind in one eye and has had several surgeries on the "good eye" to save his vision. While the last surgery was successful it has been a couple of months since our fundraiser and the financial struggle is real. Please help reach our goal of only $1,200 to pay his rent and other small expenses. We have to raise the money by October 1st. We are posting the GoFundMe link in our bio. https://gofund.me/5ef5498e

His next surgery, and hopefully last, is mid October to remove the stitches in his eye from the cornea transplant. If all goes well there is a chance after recovery he can get back to work in December. Please keep him in your prayers.

Our Story

BIG Mike's CooKouT is all about Filipino flavors that I grew up with. California native, now settling my roots in Spokane. I want to reach out to everyone in this town and show that Filipino food is amazing, and needs to be out here in this town. I hope to have my own restaurant one day. Right now, I’m doing this as a side hustle. I’m currently working full time as a line cook. Food is big passion of mine, and I love to feed people. It’s the Filipino way! I hope you get a chance to try my dishes and enjoy the flavors of my family, my culture, and my love.
