Jam for Bread is very grateful for your donations over the years. While this may be the last year for Jam for Bread, it may pop up again in some other form. And Westminster will continue to support Crosswalk in any way we can.

Thank you to Dan Maher for donating his time (including travel time from Pullman). Everyone loved his energetic performance with his audience participation songs. Thanks to SAYC for their many years of preforming at Jam for Bread.

Thank you again for your support of Crosswalk and Spokane’s youth. We raised $2,300.00. Since this money is not earmarked for a specific purpose, Crosswalk will be able to use this money for GED costs, bus passes or other needs.

Last Sunday was a delight! It was the Jam for Bread benefit for Crosswalk, our youth shelter! Thank you for the music and experience to Westminster United Church of Christ, Spokane Area Youth Choirs, and Dan Maher. And a huge thanks to all who came out to support!

Jam for Bread, Benefit for Crosswalk
Dan Maher, singer and guitarist and members of Spokane Area Youth Choirs will perform to raise money for Crosswalk, Volunteer of America’s teen shelter in downtown Spokane. Crosswalk is dedicated to breaking the cycle of youth homelessness. Vern Windham emcees. Also includes a raffle of gift baskets. Jam for Bread, a benefit concert for Crosswalk
March 4; 3 pm at Westminster- 411 S. Washington Street
Sidhe (Michael and Keleren Millham), Spokane Area Youth Choirs and The Weddle Twins (Kelsey and Marissa) will perform to raise money for Crosswalk, Volunteer of America’s teen shelter in downtown Spokane. Vern Windham will emcee. Crosswalk relies on community support to keep its doors open 24/7. Also includes a raffle of gift baskets ($1/tickets). Tickets at the door are $10/adults; $8 students/seniors; $12 families.
