Hello friends! We invite you to join us at the Spokane Valley Farmers Market tomorrow, Friday the 11th, from 4 PM to 8 PM. Our menu for tomorrow features:
-Colombian Tamales - pork, chicken, or vegetarian.
-Arepas: chicken, steak, or eggplant sofrito.
-Empanadas - Steak or chicken.
-Coconut Rice and Chicken. Cholados, fresh juice, Horchata, and hibiscus passionfruit tea. We can’t wait to see you!

Join Que Sabroso for the final farmers market of the year this Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM at the Liberty Lake Farmers' Market where we will be showcasing the incredible flavors of the Caribbean. It's a bittersweet moment as we close out the 2024 farmers market season, but we would love for our loyal customers to come and savor the taste of the Caribbean one last time.

Unfortunately, the chef is not feeling well. we apologize for any inconvenience. We hope to see you next Wednesday at the Coeur d’Alene farmers market Thursday at the Perry Street farmers market in Saturday at the liberty Lake farmers market.. thank you for all the love and support.

It's Friday! Time to get ready for tomorrow's Liberty Lake Farmers' Market! where you can find Que Sabroso serving up delicious Colombian/Caribbean cuisine from 9 AM to 1 PM. Our menu includes:
Colombian tamales. empanadas, arepas, coconut chicken and rice, Cholado, horchata, and fresh tropical fruit juices. Come visit us for a taste of the Caribbean!
We are at this market every Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM.

Celebrating every achievement I make in my business/food truck journey, big or small.
I was able to filled the propane tank on my food truck for the first time today!
It took me two years to find someone who could do the work for me and not charge me $10k to $20k.
So…in my food truck journey, this is a  pretty big deal.
I can actually cook out of my food truck! Now hope and pray that labor and industry doesn’t take another year to get it approved.

Que Sabroso will not be at the Coeur d’Alene farmers market today due to a little mishap in the kitchen, I nearly chopped my finger off and couldn’t continue cooking.
