Hi Runners,

Due to the weather forecast the Frozen 5K race date has moved to Saturday the 25th of January.

Every year we put a different Running / Irish phrase on the back of the shirts. This year we will let the runners decide. Best Running / Irish phase submitted win and entry in to the 2020 Red Beard Run. Post in commits. The winner will be sent a promo code for a free entry. Deadline is 2/1/20.
