Another great event today! Company cookout!!! 100 people and we delivered. Was a great day! If your looking for some great food for your special event let us know! Never hurts to get a quote..and even if it isn't on our "list" we could still do a ton more when it comes to catering!!! Feeling especially blessed. Thank you all for the continued support❤️

Tonight's cooking assignment 100 pounds of brisket..65 lbs pulled chicken 55 lbs of party ribs and 100 shotgunshells...100 baked potato's....garden salad ...50 lbs of coleslaw just a thursday overnight no big deal serving at 2:00 tomorrow and of course it's surface of the sun...

Another one in the books for us...40 lbs of pulled pork 50 lbs of pulled chicken...corn on the cob...and my wife's amazing coleslaw
