**$1,700+** raised for the May Arboretum Society. Our second Charity in Bloom design is almost gone this week too! Luckily next week, the original is back. $45 from every arrangement goes directly to the people keeping this sanctuary alive.

That’s what Northern Nevada did for the Nevada Women’s Fund through our Charity in Bloom campaign. That’s scholarships. That’s leadership programs. That’s a woman in Reno who finished her degree because the community decided to show up for her, via a flower arrangement.

But the clock is officially ticking. Tomorrow (03/31) is the final day to secure the Nevada Women’s Fund Charity in Bloom arrangement.

Northern Nevada is fueled by incredible women, and so is our shop!

We are beyond proud to share that 20 of our 23 team members are women. Pictured here are Kristin (our Creative Director) and Sara (our Director of Administration), stepping out from behind the scenes to help us launch something huge.

We aren’t just celebrating for one day. For the entirety of Women’s History Month, we are putting serious financial leverage right back into our community.

All March long, for every single Charity in Bloom arrangement sold, we are donating exactly $45 directly to the Nevada Women’s Fund to provide scholarships for local women. Want to do even more heavy lifting? Add our artisan truffles to your order, and we’ll donate 25% of that price, too.

Our community can do powerful things. ❤️

We recently toured after our Charity in Bloom campaign, and as we walked through the halls of 777 Sinclair Street, the sentiment from our team was unanimous:

“I had no idea all of this was under this roof!”

We knew they did good work, but we didn’t realize just how much happens inside this one building. ✨ A fully functioning high school. ✨ A grocery store with fresh food.✨ A screen-printing business run entirely by teens. ✨ A counseling center with zero red tape.

The impact is staggering. And thanks to a little bit of holiday magic, our donation made a bigger splash than we ever expected. Check out this math:

We’re incredibly grateful for the many messages checking in on our team after an incident in front of our Sparks store on Saturday night. Our team is safe, and we’re keeping the driver involved in our thoughts.

Our Sparks location remains open as we work through next steps. If you’re stopping by for last-minute Christmas gifts, please excuse the boarded-up windows. We’re still here and we’d truly love to see you.

We had an incredible day at the Floral Design Center!

Thanks to everyone who participated in our sold-out Merry & Bright workshop.

Plus, our team went above and beyond to ensure all orders were taken care of and to spread some holiday magic. It's wonderful to see our Charity in Bloom arrangements making a difference in the lives of Northern Nevada families.
