Would you have saved this cabinet? 👀 From a worn vintage piece to a restored record cabinet—stripping, sanding, staining, and bringing that beautiful wood grain back to life. Those sliding doors deserved another chance.

Watch the restoration, then tell me: would this make it into your living room?

A little garden tour at Lost Shaker Acre 🌿 Colorful planters, climbing flowers, and Jana doing her thing. Our corner of Central Florida keeps getting a little more colorful—and a little more us.

Who else has just as many projects in the yard as in the workshop? 😂👇

Calling the sewing, quilting, and vintage clothing community! 🧵 Jana and I are digging through another haul, and we need your eyes on these little outfits. The details have us wondering about their story.

Do you recognize a pattern, fabric, or style? What would you check to tell whether a piece is handmade—and how old it might be?

Tell us what you spot and which piece you’d pull out first! Follow Timber & Tarnish for more hauls, unusual finds, and the stories hiding in them.

If there’s one thing I have learned about life it’s that everything is constantly evolving. Check out how the exact same space transformed over just a few years…an now it’s gone. Every piece came into my space at the perfect moment, and every piece ended up in the perfect place. And not one bit of it is at the location you see here😁.
