Thank you for visiting my page here on FB for the past few months.

Since COVID has hit the world in 2020, all of my plans to re-start my business in the Tacoma area have been dashed for 2021. I am currently working on trying for the summer of 2022 to be back doing small family and community events.

One of my SoCal clients told me after trying my sauce:
"Your BBQ sauce is like CRACK, Dude! It's so good, IT'S ADDICTING!
My wife is putting it on EVERYTHING!!"

So in the meantime, my plan is to start marketing my own "Chef Chubbly's BBQ Crack Sauce". Sweet, Spicy, Tangy, and umami good!

I want to wish a MERRY CHRISTMAS to all our Facebook friends here at Chubby's Chuckwagon BBQ!!

We hope to be in full mobile operation coming the Summer of 2021. Sorry for the long delay, but life calls and retirement is around the corner.

We may have local pop-up samplings advertised on our social media accounts in the not too distant future. We are new to the Tacoma area, and I look forward to bringing great tasting BBQ to the PNW!!

Remember, the only thing that should be smoking at Christmas is our BBQ Deep Fried Turkeys, and not Santa's Rump Roast in the fireplace!!

Happy Holdays & Merry Christmas to all our Fans and Friends! We are now in the PNW, actually the Tacoma/JBLM area, but with all the regulations and costs to the local government for business and health certificates, restart is still a ways off.

We are currently not in operation due to a move from California to Washington State. We hope to be back in service sometime before the summer season. we hope to be able to serve all of those in our community as soon as we have set up operation in the Tacoma area.
