Even though Lavender House was designed to be sold with an unknown, stylish buyer in mind—this room was always for my daughter. It became my favorite space, likely because it was made with someone real in mind. Knowing who you’re creating for is the heart of good design.

The room is nostalgic and a little whimsical, layered with pattern, color, and comfort. It’s cozy and alive, filled with small details that remind me of her curiosity and joy. The custom pennant on the wall was a reminder for me mainly… to slow the hell down and soak it all in. These are the good old days. 🌹
