Each week you see photos and videos of our upscale catering at private parties, weddings, and events, but did you know Scratch Catering has a giant corporate presence in DFW too?!

Last summer, American Airlines announced a new inaugural non-stop route from DFW Airport to Venice, Italy. They asked if we could cater this exclusive event in the D terminal and Chef Ted quickly answered, “Figurati (no problem)!”

Chef curated an Italian themed menu that included our Tartare di Cetriolo, Antipasti Skewers, Marry Me Italian Trifles, and both Pistachio and Tiramisu Gelatos.
