Love trying new things!
Delicious!!

Add one cup of honey to stand mixer (whip five minutes)
Add 5 tablespoons of instant coffee
Then half cup of almost boiling water.
Whip for 5 more minutes
Stir into your choice of milk.
I used vanilla almond milk 😋

When my son, a Senior, mentions that his women's history class is planning a Charcuterie-themed party, he understandably takes on the task of bringing a meat and cheese platter, a responsibility likely done by his mother. 🤣😍

Today's request for a Networking event. Meat and cheese with some added grapes and olives. I typically avoid placing my crackers directly on my platter but this was assembled right before the event.

I recently had a heartwarming surprise. My husband was sent on a Jimmy John's run and struck up a conversation with the lady behind him about my work in charcuterie. She recognized the name of my page and generously bought lunch for us. Such a random act of kindness! To whoever you are, thank you so very much.😄
