Today, Chef Matt is serving up primavera pasta for the Great Lakes Hotel Supply Employee Appreciation Day lunch. From corporate lunches to weddings, private parties, and special events, having Chef Matt on our team is one of the many things that makes Great Lakes Culinary Center unique. Plus all of the Summer Squash, Zucchini and Basil are from our own garden!

MaryAnn’s journey started over 60 years ago right alongside her mother in the kitchen. She was never formally taught; she learned simply by standing at her mom's side, helping, and absorbing decades of authentic Italian family traditions.
