Quick behind the scenes here at Smashing Patties!

This is a one-man band operation with supportive help from friends and family. We work hard to put out quick, delicious food.

Our goal is not only to do as much as we can from scratch, but to do it well and different than the rest.

Simple can be just as delicious when your using homemade buns, sauces, and pickles. Take our Simply Smashed for instance! Our flagship burger, where it all started when I bought myself a Blackstone a few years ago as an early birthday gift.

Year one has been such a blessing, and I am proud to serve the community. I hope I can feed all of you one day!

Next season we will be starting strong with our newest employee at the ripe age of 4 months.

Can't wait for this step in our lives, what a crazy journey 2026 has been for us!

What a beautiful evening....the calm before the storm.

Sadly we wont be doing too much this weekend with the weather coming, but hopefully, Lord willing, we will be out at Echo Hill in Monson on Sunday all day if the winds calm down!
