A Wedding Day Coordinator is a necessity so that everyone, especially you, the bride, can relax and enjoy the most precious moments you've been working toward. Leave the little details to us. We know how to handle last minute surprises that may arise so that you, your family, and friends can enjoy your day. Wedding Planning Services include, but are not limited to the following:

Consultation and

continuous communication
Vendor contact to confirm day-of details (week prior to wedding)
Wedding day timeline, contact list and management of all details from start to finish, keeping the day on schedule
Event Schedule for your wedding party and family
Conducting wedding rehearsal and ceremony logistics, including altar arrangement
Management of wedding reception, including directing vendors
Acting as a liaison between bride, family, and vendors
Help in finding and booking vendors
Negotiations and help in finalizing vendor contracts
Advice on wedding design
Access to our wedding day emergency kit

Additional Services:Engagement party coordination
Bridal shower/bachelorette party coordination
Floral and decor design services
Rehearsal dinner coordination
Rentals: chairs, linens, tables, etc. Wedding brunch coordination
Wedding weekend coordination- such as spa and brunch outings
