How many casino tables do you need for your event?

A good rule of thumb is to plan for about 8 guests per table. Since not everyone is playing at the same time, we typically estimate that around 80% of your guests will be gaming at any given moment. This helps keep the games moving, minimizes wait times, and ensures everyone has a chance to join in.

Here's a quick guide:
• 50 guests → 5 tables
• 75 guests → 8 tables
• 100 guests → 10 tables
• 150 guests → 15 tables
• 200 guests → 20 tables

The prizes are one of the biggest highlights of the night.

Guests have the chance to win everything from TVs, soundbars, coolers, grills, and gift baskets to gift cards, gaming systems, small kitchen appliances, and so much more.

Here's how it works:
Throughout the event, guests play their favorite games to earn gaming chips. At the end of the night, those chips are exchanged for raffle tickets, which they place into the prize drawings they want to win. The more chips they earn, the more raffle tickets they receive, giving them more chances to take home their favorite prizes.

It's a fun twist that keeps the excitement going all evening and lets guests choose which prizes they're playing for.

What a night at the Holiday inn St. Cloud! 🎲🐎🎟️

Ace High Casino rolled in with our full prize package, and the crowd showed up ready to play. Two blackjack tables ran nonstop with players stacking up chips and swapping strategies, the horse racing had the whole room cheering their picks down the stretch, and the pull tab station stayed busy from the first tab to the last.

All three were a huge hit — there were lines at every one of them all night long. The energy in that room was something else, and everybody walked away with a good story (and a few walked away with prizes 😉).

Big thanks to the Holiday Inn for hosting us and to everyone who came out and made it such a fun night. We had a blast, and we hope you did too.

Have you ever noticed the lights on our casino tables?

They’re one of the things that makes Ace High Casino stand out. We’re the only casino entertainment company with illuminated table lights, and they’re more than just a unique look. They help our dealers and players clearly see the cards and chips, even in dimly lit event spaces where most casino nights take place.

The red fringe around the shades has earned plenty of comparisons to the famous leg lamp from A Christmas Story, and we have to admit, we can see the resemblance. But that’s part of what makes them memorable.

They’re functional, recognizable, and just another way we go the extra mile to create the best casino night experience for our clients and guests.

Roulette is one of the most iconic casino games in the world, combining anticipation, strategy, and excitement with every spin of the wheel.

Players place bets on where they think the ball will land, choosing individual numbers, colors, odd or even, or a variety of other betting combinations. When the wheel stops spinning, winning bets are paid based on the selected wager, making every spin an exciting opportunity.

While Roulette is a favorite at casino-themed events, Minnesota law does not allow us to offer Roulette at events held within the state. However, we are able to provide Roulette for events in many of the surrounding states where it is permitted.

Another incredible night in the books at the InterContinental Hotel!

With more than 20 Ace High Casino staff on site, guests enjoyed a huge variety of casino games, keeping the action going from start to finish. One of the biggest highlights of the evening? Our pull tabs were once again a crowd favorite, with guests lining up for the chance to win even more gaming chips throughout the night.

From blackjack and poker to our interactive specialty games, the energy never slowed down. Thank you to everyone who helped make it such a fantastic event. We can’t wait for the next one!
