Arrange courtesy blocks at 3 different hotels with 3 tiers of room rates for guests

The hotels will give your guests a discount if they book before a certain date. Then, they'll release your rooms and you won't have to pay for rooms not booked.

We still can’t get over how stunning Alyssa and Clayton’s signage was at their Diamond Cross Ranch wedding. Alyssa did them all herself, most by hand! She showed up like a dream with everything organized and labeled. It made our job so much easier! Trust us, you don’t want to be stressing to get a copy of your ceremony script or readings moments before you walk down the aisle! Luckily, that didn’t happen here. We just wanted an excuse to share these beautiful shots of Sydney + Kirk’s summer wedding at Frye Lake. The weather rolled in just as the ceremony started and created the most beautiful, moody backdrop. Pure magic for this delightfully sweet couple! ⚡️🌩️ We have a separate post on the most beautiful display of wedding guest love from this same wedding. The rain rolled in and we had to move the entire reception inside. The guests were wonderful and we can’t wait to share. Coming soon!

Florals need water to look their best. Designate someone in your bridal party to make sure you always have a vase nearby! And, keep your bridal party florals at the head table or their seat for extra decor! (Peep the last pic!)

We always print a special timeline for friends and family — separate from our vendor timeline. The bridal party and family typically get ready with the bride and groom and arrive early for photos. Providing a timeline helps them feel comfortable knowing when and where they need to be and it lets you set your phone down on your wedding day to be in the moment! (Second photo by 😍)

Gather Events Co. is growing! We’re looking to expand our team in Lander and in Jackson Hole. We’re searching for an Associate Planner! This would be part time starting at 2 hours per week to start training, adding hours once the wedding season books up. The perfect person for this role is someone who: is able to handle many details at the same time, has a good sense of humor in difficult moments, and is a great problem solver on the fly!
