🔥 This plate is basically a vacation without leaving Wisconsin. 😂🌴

House-made Puerto Rican longaniza sausage, Puerto Rican-style rice & beans, creamy avocado, and tender garlic-citrus yuca (a root vegetable similar to a potato, but smoother and richer 👀) topped with pickled onions and mojo sauce.
