This cake holds a special place in my heart because I made it for my big brother and his hubby. I LOVE when people want unusual cakes, and this one definitely fit that description. It came with some new challenges, but that also means that I learned some fun new tricks and techniques. Also, how AMAZING are these photos?! Thank you David Newkirk!

It's been awhile since I've done any cakes and this one was a great one to jump back in with! Standing almost 4 feet tall, this Eiffel Tower was so much fun to build and it went to an absolutely adorable couple. Congratulations Alex and Kyrsti!
