Who remembers when Red Robin had the A1 peppercorn burger 🍔 😋

Well I recreated it as close as I could.
- Prime Beef Patty
-Homemade Peppercorn Aoili spread
-bacon
- crispy onions
-pepperjack cheese
-Thick A1 sauce

all on a toasted bun.

Enjoy.

Such a great Fall day outside. 🌞 ☀️ 🍃 🍂 🍁 🎃 .

Spent the day cleaning smokers and outdoor prep areas.

Finished the day with a 6hr slow smoked beef roast after a nice sear and braise in the dutch oven. 3hrs in added celery, carrots and potatoes. Great Roast ! 😋

🎃 🎃 Fall is here. 🌽 🌽 No better way to start then a crock pot full of chili.

This brings up heated debates, beans or no beans. Do you have a secret for your chili? What makes it unique 🤔

Grilled and Seasoned Mahi Mahi tacos. Did a little experiment making a mango slaw and a mandarin orange slaw.

Sample was one type of slaw per taco.

The mango was super good with fish, and will try the mandarin orange again with twice as much oranges.
